You can use that tracking number on our website or directly on the carrier's site (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size). If you created an account at checkout, you can also view real-time tracking status in your account dashboard under "Order History."

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days and may be subject to local duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Is there free shipping? What is the minimum order?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Store your Tallow Moisturizer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Room temperature is perfectly fine — the product is formulated to remain stable at normal indoor temperatures. In very warm climates or during summer months, you may notice a softer consistency; this is completely normal and does not affect the product's quality or efficacy. If you prefer a firmer texture, you can store it in the refrigerator for a cooling application experience.

For opened products, we offer a one-time exchange or store credit if the product did not meet your expectations — because we would rather help you find the right product than leave you stuck with one that does not work for you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. What if my order arrives damaged?

Can I exchange a product for a different one?
