Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays beyond our control.

  • United States: 3–7 business days via standard shipping
  • International: 7–14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our shipping carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@vitaloraco.com.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $50 or more. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies. This offer applies to standard shipping within the United States only.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
  • VITALORA CO. is not responsible for delays due to customs processing
  • Some products may not be available for international shipping due to local regulations
  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping at this time

Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

During peak seasons or promotional events, handling times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any expected delays via email.
